LABdays – Edition 2
What are LABdays?
LABdays is an engaged curatorial project initiated by Maak & Transmettre asbl and L’architecture qui dégenre asbl, focusing on inclusive design, its history, and its future potential, with Centrale for contemporary art as its spatial core.
Through 10 moments of exchange over the course of one week, LABdays invites participants to imagine a more equal, inclusive, and socially representative cultural sector. Visitors are encouraged to become active contributors to their own cultural experience through workshops/labs, talks, and guided tours.
The three Brussels-based organisations – Maak & Transmettre asbl, L’architecture qui dégenre asbl, and Centrale for contemporary art – bring together art and equality to rethink culture, spaces, and the city as accessible to everyone with :

May 27: The museum for everyone: accessibility challenges and symbolic barriers with Noura Amer (Maison des Femmes – MOVE asbl), Loredana Marchi (MigratieMuseumMigration – asbl Foyer).

May 28: Institutional testimonies: feedback from inclusion focal points with Estiel Vandeweeghe (Centrale for contemporary art), Benoît Henken (Théâtre National Wallonie-Bruxelles), Nicky Lapierre (Les Halles de Schaerbeek).
