This rug was designed to echo the Orion desk. The semicircular shape on the floor is a mirror reflection of the arc of the furniture. The colors are inspired by the Macassar ebony top and veneer. The marbled pattern is a reference to the flames in the wood. Each geometric shape stands out from the ground like a simplified landscape seen from above. Raw wool adds a textured aspect, creating a sensory interplay between Orion and Pico Bello. The workspace thus becomes a bubble of comfort.
