Les Murs Vivants is an installation-performance that weaves a delicate link between the intimate and the collective, combining poetry, textiles and divinatory arts. The performance comes to life at the heart of a double curtain arranged to form a circle: one made from a patchwork of different scraps of black velvet, set with a poem in white glue, the other a sheer curtain tinted with large patches of color. Project by artist and author Jove Minne as part of the [Regards Sensibles] – Etat du monde grant offered by the Ecolo (green) party. Salomé Corvalan collaborated on the project by assisting and advising Jove Minne, as well as on the production of the textile pieces.
